Trucking Jobs in Nebraska

Trucking is vital to the whole country. Trucking delivers the goods to every part of the nation and uses many of the U.S.'s highways and interstates to do so. The main corridor and most heavily traveled road is Interstate 80, and no other state has more miles of I-80 than Nebraska. It is for this reason that anyone looking for trucking jobs start their search by looking for trucking jobs in Nebraska. Many trucking companies are based there, and many shippers and receivers have facilities in Nebraska, making it a great place to live and work if you are a truck driver.

Pet Friendly Trucking Companies

The other day we hired a driver who has a bird in his truck. It's a Macaw. It talks and makes noises like a robot. That's not the point of this post though. The point is that we asked how he found us and he said that his searches were different than most people's. Most people search for "trucking jobs" or "high paying trucking jobs". We realized that we were missing a whole subset of drivers. Truck drivers who keep pets with them in their trucks are a growing group and need to be accommodated. Most drivers have a dog as a co-driver, some have cats, and we've even seen ferrets. The latest in this topic is the bird, but we're sure there's more pets to come, and we'll be ready to help them find a home in a truck. If you know of a pet friendly trucking company, please leave your comment below to help other drivers.
